traffic signal

it was 26th december, 8 pm , and suddenly its freezing out there
i am busy trying to warm my hands and suddenly
a small child walks up to my car and hes naked
i stood there staring at him
why was he doing this
why were they making him do this
i am sure most of us have watched the movie traffic signal
there is a whole industry which runs this racket
how do these people have the heart to behave like this
how can they treat small children in such a manner ?
don't they realize they are playing with the country's future ?
and i am reminded of the song
'kho na jaye ye taare zameen pe '
we are losing them
it is time now that the government reacts to this situation and take the corrective measure
